Argentina´s south has various proposals to offer to the tourists during the summer. One of them is the 5th National Festival of Lake Argentino in Calafate, full of music and nature. The new edition will have six nights of music.
The 5th National Festival of Lake Argentino in Calafate will be held throughout February with multiple sports, artistic and cultural activities. It includes fairs with handicrafts, expo cars, sports events and music shows with local, regional and international artists.
The festival will be held from February 14 to 19 at the Amphitheatre with capacity for 20,000 people. On the first night will sing Siete Venas, Damian Cordoba and Axel; the second night will sing Salta La Banca, Los Nocheros and Los Totora while the third night, on 16 February, Infierno 18, Ráfaga and Abel Pintos. On Friday 17 will play Maluma and Estelares.
On February 18 will be the election of the National Queen of the Lake Argentino before the performances of Miranda and Kapanga. Finally, on February 19 will be the closing of the festival with the Mexican band, Mana.
Only Maluma and Mana shows will be charged. The rest of the shows are free.

When?
- The Festival of the Lake develops from the 1st of February until the 28th. The music festival in the Amphitheatre will be from February 14 to 19.
Where?
- The Amphitheatre is located in the Centre of El Calafate, on Av. del Libertador and Av. 17 October.
Tickets
- Ticket sales starts from January 9 at 8.30 pm at the municipal building of El Calafate.
Rates
- Maluma: El Calafate residents $100 – Non-resident $300. The same price applies to children under 12 years old.
- Maná: El Calafate residents $200 – Non-resident $600. The same price applies to children under 12 years old.
