1) Visit the National Monument to the Flag
It was built on the site where Manuel Belgrano hoisted for the first time the Argentine flag, on 27 February 1812. To discover its historical value and symbolism, we recommend taking one of the guided tours offered the monument for free. It is also a must to climb to the lookout tower (entrance $20 and children under 5 years do not pay) to enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the city.
Opening Hours: Monday and days after a holiday from 14 to 19 h. Tuesday to Friday 9 to 7 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 to 12 and 14 to 19 h. (admission until 30 min. before closing)
2) Enjoy the gastronomy at the Festival of Food Trucks in La Fluvial
From 18 to 20 November will be over 15 trucks with gastronomic proposals. The food trucks will be open from 13 to 19 h.

3) Make a guided tour of the Mercado del Patio

4) Navigate a boat
It is possible to hire boats that penetrate between the delta, opt for the adrenaline rush of kayaking, let yourself be carried away by the wind on a sailboat or to join the traditional tours of the ship city of Rosario. For more information read this post.
5) “Saverio el cruel” in La Comedia
This local production of the comedy Norberto Campos occurs on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday, November 19 at 21 h. Admission is free.
